Application of z bucket elevator:
The z bucket conveyor can complete inclined or vertical conveying in a narrow space. The Z Type Conveyor Belt features rubber side corrugations and partitions, which can prevent the issue of scattered items when conveying at a large angle.
The conveying angle of the Z Type Belt Conveyor can exceed 30 degrees, and vertical conveying can even reach 90 degrees. The conveyor belt, as the primary traction and load-bearing component, forms a loop through the drive roller and the tail reversing roller. The tensioning device provides the conveyor belt with tension during operation to prevent slipping while conveying materials. It offers support to the material on the conveyor belt, avoiding excessive sagging or deflection of the belt, and reduces the pressure on the driving device to prevent the failure of the driving roller. The material moves along the conveyor belt through friction and is discharged to the destination at the redirecting roller.
