Z Type Conveyor

Working Principle:

The hopper scoops material from the storage below. As the conveyor belt or chain is lifted to the top, it turns downward after bypassing the jacking wheel. The z bucket elevator tilts the material into the receiving slot. Belt-driven Z Bucket Conveyors typically use rubber belts, installed between the lower or upper drive drum and the upper and lower idler drums. In contrast, chain-driven Z-type conveyors generally have two parallel transmission chains, driven by one or more pairs of sprockets. A Z-Type Belt Conveyor is usually equipped with a housing to prevent dust in the bucket elevator.
