Work Process of Rotary Pouch Filling Machine:

1. Bagging: The Rotary Doypack Packing Machine features a bag bank capable of holding a wide range of pouches. The main bag bank is equipped with upward and downward movement. When the bank moves downward, it facilitates bagging; when it moves upward, the mechanical arm is fitted with two vacuum suction heads to remove and transfer the bags to the mechanical fixture on the rotary table.
2. Date Coding: The Zipper Bag Packing Machine is equipped with various types of coding machines according to specific production and packaging needs, enabling accurate printing of the production date and batch number on the bags.
3. Bag Opening: While the suction cup opens the mouth of the bag, air is sprayed into the bottom of the bag through the upper nozzle to expand the mouth of the bag. A bag support plate is inserted to prepare for the next station. This process will detect the presence of the bag and whether the bag mouth has been opened; if no valid bag is detected, it will not continue to feed to the next station.
4. Filling Vibration 1: This station is equipped with suitable feeders according to different packaging materials to realize automatic or semi-automatic feeding processes.
5. Filling Vibration 2: Similarly, the Premade Pouch Packaging Machine is equipped with a variety of feeders according to the type of packaging materials to complete the corresponding automatic or semi-automatic feeding.
6. Product Settling After Vibration Filling: Ensure that the product settles by vibration after filling to achieve the best filling effect.
7. Heat Sealing 1: Use heat sealing air rods to heat seal the mouth of pouches or bags. The sealing method can be mesh or straight line to improve the sealing effect.
8. Heat Seal 2: Stabilize the sealing and prevent wrinkles by several times of cold pressing treatment, and then automatically output the finished products.
9. Molding and Product Output: In the final stage, the molding of the bag and the output of the product are completed to ensure the integrity and quality of the package.
