Products that need to be weighed enter the weighing area at a stable speed through the conveying system, simultaneously triggering the photoelectric sensor. The sensor in the weighing unit conducts high-frequency sampling during the short time the product passes through, converting the weight signal into an electrical signal. After amplification, filtering, and analog-to-digital conversion, it is transmitted to the control system.
The control system uses specific algorithms to process the data and compares it with the preset weight range to determine whether the product is qualified. If the product is not qualified, the control system sends instructions to the rejection device, which performs the rejection action when the product reaches the designated position.
