Preparatory Work

Equipment Selection:

According to the testing requirements, select the appropriate range, accuracy and speed of the weight scale. For example, for small packaged foods, a weighing scale with a measuring range of 0-500 grams and an accuracy of 1 gram may be required; For large industrial components, equipment with a larger range and corresponding accuracy may be required.

Installation and Debugging:

In accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual, the inspection scale is smoothly placed in the appropriate working position, to ensure that there is enough operating space around it, and to connect the power and related data lines. Then boot debugging, including setting zero, calibrating the scale body and other operations, can be calibrated using standard weights to ensure the accuracy of weighing.

Parameter Setting:

According to the weight specification of the tested product, set the parameters on the operation interface of the weighing scale, such as the target weight, upper and lower tolerance range, etc. For example, a product with a target weight of 100 grams can have an upper tolerance of +2 grams and a lower tolerance of -2 grams. You can also set the sorting mode, such as dividing the product into three categories: qualified, overweight, underweight, and setting the elimination method of various products.

Running Operation

Product Conveying:

The products that need to detect the weight are placed on the conveyor belt in an orderly manner to ensure that the products are placed smoothly, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation. If it is a continuous production line, it is necessary to ensure that there is an appropriate interval between products to avoid collision affecting the weighing accuracy.

Weight Detection:

When the product is moved to the weighing area with the conveyor belt, the weight inspection scale will automatically measure the weight of the product, and compare the measurement results with the preset target weight and tolerance range, and display the weight data and conformity information of the product in real time on the operation interface.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Regularly clean the conveyor belt and weighing platform of the weight scale to remove dust, debris and residual product debris on the surface to prevent it from affecting the weighing accuracy and equipment operation.

Parts Inspection:

Check whether the conveyor belt has wear, deviation and other conditions, if necessary, timely adjustment or replacement; Check whether the working state of the rejection device is normal, to ensure that it can accurately eliminate unqualified products; Check whether key components such as sensors are damaged or loose, and repair or replace them in time if there is a problem.

Calibration Check:

Regularly use standard weights to calibrate the weighing scale to ensure the accuracy of its weighing; According to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer, regularly send the inspection scale to the relevant metrological department for verification, and obtain a qualified metrological certificate.
