1. Vertical Form Fill Seal Integration:

  This machine adopts the structure of a vertical Packing Machine. The servo system drives the film web to form the bag vertically downward, ensuring that sugar granules do not leak during the filling process. The unique screw metering system can accurately control the filling amount within the range of 0.5 to 500 grams with an error rate of less than ±1%. It is suitable for various granular materials such as white granulated sugar and brown sugar.

2. Intelligent Temperature Control and Sealing Technology:

  Targeting the characteristic of sugar granules being prone to clumping due to moisture, the equipment is equipped with a dual-channel heat sealing device. The sealing temperature is adjusted in real-time via the PID temperature control module (adjustable) to ensure the sealing strength of composite materials like polyethylene (PE) and aluminum-plated film. The sealing line is flat and bubble-free, effectively extending the shelf life of the products.

3. Modularized Design for Multiple Scenarios:

  By replacing the bag-making mold, it can quickly switch between back sealing, three-side sealing, stand-up pouches, and other packaging styles. It supports flexible adjustment of bag length (60–180 mm) and bag width (45–150 mm). The width of the packaging film ranges from 110 to 320 mm.
