Pet food multi head weigher machine

To ensure the weighing accuracy of the Multihead Weigher and extend the service life of the multihead weigher, the following points should be noted when using the multi-head scale:

This multi head weigher machine should be installed away from areas with strong air currents, as such environments may interfere with the stability of weighing.
In places prone to dust generation, dust removal devices should be equipped to prevent dust from entering the sensors and transmission components.
Do not place the equipment in extremely cold, hot or humid harsh environments. Otherwise, both excessively high and low temperatures will affect the performance of the sensor, thereby causing weighing errors.
Make sure there is no residual material inside the hopper. After the sensor has completed the zeroing operation, start feeding again. This can prevent errors caused by residual data and ensure the accuracy of weighing.
The feeding capacity of the vibrating feeder or screw conveyor should slightly exceed the maximum processing capacity of the multi-head scale. In this way, the situation of empty hopper or overloading can be avoided.
