The multihead weigher features high speed and high precision. It instantly selects the best combination from massive weight combinations through a computer and quickly and accurately outputs calculation results with the help of high-precision sensors. The whole machine is IP65 dustproof and waterproof. The components are made of 304 stainless steel and have a fully sealed structure that is easy to clean. The opening and closing speed of the hopper can be adjusted to avoid material damage. It has the feature of being able to automatically record data such as total production volume, pass rate, and error per bag.
When multiple sets of scale bodies are in operation, the materials are evenly distributed from the silo to each weighing hopper through the feeding device. The sensor converts the weight into an electrical signal and transmits it to the control circuit. After calculation and selection of the combination with the weight close to the target, the corresponding hopper discharge door is opened to allow the materials to fall into the discharge port to complete the packaging.
